Yes, it is true! There IS a Tax Credit (that does not have to be paid back) for first time home buyers and it can be up to $8000! *First Time Home Buyers are defined as someone who has not owned a "primary place to live" (even a houseboat counts if you lived there) in the past three years! But the rules are not what you would think. Now, don't misunderstand ME.....I like to get as much information in the Tip Of The Day as possible, but I think I'll just let this one be explained by the experts...... If you even remotely think you might qualify, it's worth the read!!!! Yea!...Worth like up to Eight Grand!
